‘A Will for Life’                                       

‘A Will for Life’ is your opportunity to remember Lifeline WA in your Will and to leave a lasting legacy, a bequest for future generations.

After providing for family and loved ones in their Will, many people chose to nominate Lifeline WA as a beneficiary of their estate. Their generosity helps us to continue providing vital services to the community and so becomes a lasting legacy or ‘A Will for Life.

By investing in future generations, you provide one of the greatest gifts of all – hope.

Benefits to you

You know your assets will be cared for according to your wishes – by a government set formula.
2. You can make a substantial contribution to the vital lifesaving services of Lifeline WA and to the Western Australian community.

A bequest can take many forms and can include
A set monetary amount;
A percentage of your estate;
Property including a home, land or other real estate, shares and bonds, art work; jewellery, antiques, insurance policies, collections or other valuables;
The residual of your estate;

Including Lifeline WA in your Will is easy and can be done when you are writing your Will or can be added as a Codicil. Your solicitor or trustee can help you. Please find below an example of suggested bequest wording.

I GIVE AND BEQUEATH (insert your bequest), free of State and Federal duties to The Living Stone Foundation (Inc) T/A Lifeline WA of 57 Murray Street, Perth in the state of Western Australia and I DIRECT that the receipt of the CEO or other proper officer of Lifeline WA will be sufficient discharge to my trustees for the payment of such bequest.

You may wish to inform Lifeline WA that you have made ‘A Will for Life’. This allows us the opportunity to invite you to attend special functions to see first-hand how Lifeline’s services work and for us to personally thank you. It is also an opportunity for you to enjoy the fellowship of other benefactors of Lifeline WA.
