When we lose a loved one, we often look for a way to celebrate their life in a positive way. Making ‘A Tribute for Life’ is one way to do just that.

‘A Tribute for Life’ is a special way to celebrate their life and remember their passing. It is an expression of hope that will provide valuable support for those in crisis and facing difficulties. Made annually, ‘A Tribute for Life’ becomes a Perpetual Tribute.

‘A Tribute for Life’ can be made by using any of our donation methods and ticking ‘Tribute for Life’. Please click here for donation options.

When you make ‘A Tribute for Life’, your gift can be acknowledged by a card sent on your behalf to the next-of-kin. Please note that, due to privacy regulations, donors address, contact details or the amount of the gift will not be supplied.

Flowers are beautiful but ‘A Tribute to Life’ is lasting.

You may wish to request that ‘A Tribute for Life’ is made to Lifeline WA in lieu of flowers. Your funeral director will be able to assist you to inform others of your wishes.

We will send you a card with the name of anyone making a donation in accordance with your wish. Please let us know if you do not wish to be informed of the names of those who have made ‘A Tribute for Life’ to honour your loved one.
