Gift Matching
Gift Matching

Companies can double the fundraising efforts of their staff by matching the funds raised.

Why Gift Match?

Gift Matching benefits both the staff and the employer. Research has shown Gift Matching builds a positive team spirit; boosts self-esteem for the participants; and is a great way to recognise the group effort.

How does it work?

Last year, the staff from Westpac Bank held a ‘Fun Dress Friday’ where the staff made a donation to forego wearing their uniform and wear ‘casuals’. The funds were then matched by the bank and donated to Lifeline WA.

It was a great way for the Westpac Bank to recognise the terrific community spirit of their staff.

Lifeline WA thanks everyone who has been involved in staff fundraising and gift matching.
