You can make a difference by supporting Lifeline WA. Lifeline WA does not receive state government funding to deliver its core suicide prevention and crisis support services.
The organisation is dependent upon community contribution, corporate partnerships and fundraising activities.
The simplest way to make a donation is to download the following Lifeline WA Donation Form and help us help others every day.
The donations we receive go directly towards provision and promotion of;
- Lifeline’s 24 hour telephone crisis support service 13 11 14.
- Volunteer training and support.
- Suicide awareness and prevention.
Please contact us if you would like to find out about;
- corporate partnerships and work place giving.
- donating goods to the Op Shop: Lifeline Treasures.
- donating expertise and professional services.
- making a tax deductible financial contribution.
For your information, it takes;
- $300 to train a person in suicide intervention skills (ASIST program)
- $1500 to sponsor a community education forum.
- $2500 to train a Telephone Counsellor who will answer ~120 calls a year, 10 of which are likely to be from someone at risk of suicide.
